Information about the processing of personal data

Zgodnie z art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (4.5.2016 L 119/40, 41 Official Journal of the European Union EN), hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, we inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to the contact made through the contact form.
4. The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. within the framework of the administrator’s legitimate interest, which is to maintain and establish communication with potential or current customers.
5. Your personal data will be processed until we respond to your inquiry via the contact form.
6. The personal data you provide will be made available only to entities authorized to process them on the basis of the provisions of the applicable law or in connection with the conclusion of relevant contracts of entrustment of personal data processing concluded by the administrator.
7. You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or restriction of processing of the personal data you have provided, and the right to object to processing.
8. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the personal data you have provided is being processed in violation of applicable law.
9. Your provision of personal data is necessary to address the issue raised through the contact form.
10. The personal data provided will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
11. The personal data provided will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and to international organizations.
